I own a business so I'm financially stable and have the flexibility to work and be a stay at home mom at the same time. This means that I'm lucky enough to spend extra time with the people I love.
I have been working in architecture and interior design for 17 years and decided to start my own company 4 years ago. My days are felxible so I never miss an important moment with family or friends. I also teach one class a semester at a university in New York. Teaching college students encourages me to seek out new information and allows me to stay connected to what's happening in the design world. I get to be creative and work with different people everyday. Both of my parents worked while I was growing up and it taught me the importance of strong work ethic and responsibility. I'm looking forward to teaching my child these same things. They'll grow up loved by a parent who can provide a beautiful life full quality time and wonderful experiences.
Do whatever it takes to get the job done! I'm in the back of a truck on Madison Avenue measuring stone for a clients fireplace.
Visiting High Point Furniture Market in North Carolina with my good friend & fellow designer Leah.
Having a little fun with my photographer and friend Harriet (behind the camera). This was a photo shoot at my client's home after I finished this project in 2020.
Visiting my cousins (who are also clients) in London with my friend and photographer Harriet. I'm lucky to work with people whom I also love.
Wrapping up a photo shoot in the West Village with a silly pose and a cup of tea.
Learning all I can at the Girlboss Rally with other female business owners in Los Angeles.
Another finished project in NYC!
